Above: A Carolina Chickadee sporting leg bands grabs a live mealworm from the BIV "Treat Tower". Big Sit participants won prizes for correctly resighting birds that were banded as a part of the "Winter Backyard Bird Banding Project" by the Missouri River Bird Observatory.
